Soft White Wheat Berries have a sweet, nutty flavor that pairs well with just about anything. They can also be ground into whole wheat pastry flour and used in the place of white flour for pancakes, muffins, cookies, cakes, pie crusts or any recipe calling for baking powder or soda as a rising agent.
Like all whole grains, Soft White Wheat Berries consist of all three parts of the grain kernel — the germ, the endosperm, and the bran.
